Neural Networks

Neural Networks are a subset of artificial intelligence and machine learning that are designed to simulate the way the human brain operates. They consist of interconnected layers of nodes, or artificial neurons, which process and transmit data. Each node receives input, applies a mathematical function, and produces an output, which can be passed to subsequent layers.Neural networks are particularly effective for tasks such as image recognition, natural language processing, and complex pattern recognition. The structure typically includes an input layer, hidden layers, and an output layer, with the ability to learn from data through a process known as training. During training, neural networks adjust the weights of connections based on the error in their predictions, enabling them to improve performance over time.Deep learning is a branch of neural networks that uses many layers (deep architectures) to learn representations of data with multiple levels of abstraction. Overall, neural networks are powerful tools for addressing complex problems in various fields, including computer vision, speech recognition, and autonomous systems.
